Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior attorneys to manage complex family law cases
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, financial disclosures, mediation and trial briefs
- Handle discovery, including drafting motions and managing responses
- Prepare and defend depositions, including crafting deposition outlines and exhibits
- Develop questions for witnesses during hearings and trials
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft memorandums
- Maintain consistent client communication throughout the case lifecycle
- Manage cases from start to finish with a focus on high-quality outcomes
- Track billable hours efficiently to meet firm standards
- Active member in good standing with the Texas bar
- 3+years of experience in family law, with expertise in handling complex cases
- Strong analytical, communication, and legal writing skills
- Detail-oriented, motivated, and team-focused professional
Competitive salary: $130,000 - $160,000 + performance bonuses
