Associate Attorney Opportunity - Century City & Irvine
We are seeking a talented Associate Attorney with 1-7 years of experience to join a well-established law firm specializing in high-net-worth family law cases. This position offers competitive compensation, career growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
Position Highlights
- Locations: Century City & Irvine
- Focus Area: Complex family law matters, including dissolution, custody disputes, and international relocation cases.

Responsibilities
- Draft and revise court filings, declarations, motions, and discovery documents.
- Prepare financial statements, deposition questions, and trial materials.
- Summarize transcripts and assist with trial preparation.
- Handle family law forms and conduct discovery.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range:
- $110,000-$150,000 (1-3 years of experience).
- $150,000-$175,000 (4-7 years of experience).
- Bonuses:
- 5% of collected fees from original cases (paid quarterly).
- Year-end discretionary bonuses increase with tenure.
- Billable Hours: 1,800 annually, with credit for MCLE and business development.
- Health Benefits: Coverage begins after 30 days.
- 100% HMO or 80% PPO coverage for employees.

- PTO: 2 weeks in the first year, with increases over time.
