Family CRNP - The Primary Health Network

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a full-time Family CRNP for our office located in Erie County, PA to provide the full range of out-patient comprehensive medical care to patients from pediatrics through senior citizens. Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School for Nurse Practitioners.
• Certified as a Registered Family Nurse Practitioner
• Current PA License; and Current DEA License
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records
• Ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision.

Wayne Primary Care: 650 East Ave. Erie, PA 16503

• Monday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Tuesday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Wednesday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Friday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
