Position Overview
The role of the Sales Coordinator Intern will be to lead and assist with team initiatives and campaigns across multiple solution teams including Quality & Compliance, Revenue Cycle, Clinical, and Clinical Placement. As part of the Solution Executive sales team, this role will work cross functionally and in conjunction with sales, marketing, onboarding, and product teams to help manage and complete key sales team initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.
- Lead and complete initiatives including:
- Contact conversion project (moving leads to contacts in Salesforce),
- Project management of free trial campaigns coordinating between cross-functional internal teams
- Updates to our product & portfolio certification courses (sales training resources)
- Coordinate with our sales ops team to lead updates to key sales reports (i.e. our Whitespace Score Card report)
- Attend weekly sales huddles with the respective solution sales teams
- Manage weekly sales huddle agendas ensuring presenters are prepared and scheduled as appropriate
- Pull reports to help inform sales leadership as needed
Qualifications
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited degree program, Sales or Marketing major
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Prior experience working in a sales environment a plus
