We Build with Passion- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE NEW Incineration unit is seeking anexperienced Facility Technician III whowill be responsible for performing industrial labor and other physically demanding work outdoors, under potentially adverse conditions, as well as within the facility/plant work environment. Performs hands on operations such as drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations. This is full-time position offering, Hourly Pay (DOE), 4- 12 hour Day shifts per week: Hours 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 5:30 AM-3:00 PM Thursday. We are searching for a safety-oriented and reliable individual to join our team in Kimball, NE.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
- Performs in multiple site specific plant operations such as, drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, truck off-loading/loading in compliance with DOT segregation requirements, wastewater treatment, automated PLC controlled equipment, proper inventory warehousing, and inventory scanning
- May oversee Facility Technician I or II employees when necessary.
- Operates a forklift when necessary, Responsible for performing and documenting daily safety check prior to operating.
- Completes and submits all associated paperwork as required for waste tracking movements, Able to use scanning application for drum pumping and dumping.
- Performs general labor throughout the facility to preparing materials for the incineration process
- Ensures the safety of him or herself as well as those around them
- Ensures that work meets all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures.
- Reviews all applicable SOP's and satisfactorily completes quizzes.
- Routinely meets or exceeds production goals.Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment.
- Ensures, understands and has ownership for area specific permit required compliance standards.Understanding of Clean Compliance Standard.
- Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in operations environment.
- DOT Training
- Leadership skills.
- Previous experience with industrial or manual labor
- Climb on and off forklifts
- forklift operation required
- 20/20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected - depth perception is critical
- Good hand/eye coordination
- Clean shaven face- respirator
- 10 pushups, deep knee squats and sit-ups (to determine if fit)
- Capable of reaching out, over and down exerting a force
- Lifting up to 50 lbs from the ground to your waste
- Proficiency in Windows based applications.
- Ability to work in adverse environments (cold/heat)
- An excellent commitment to health and safety
- Understanding of disposal outlets and technologies which waste is being processed.
- Accountability; punctuality, attendance
- Proficiency in multiple site specific plant operations such as: drum pumping; drum dumping; tank farm operations; truck off-loading/loading; wastewater treatment; automated PLC controlled equipment; Scanning applications for waste tracking; VPI/pick sheets (customer restrictions)
- Background check, drug screen and physical- required
- Valid US DL required
- Updated Resume required for consideration
- Respirator fit test upon hire- clean shaven face required (mustache okay!)
