Job Details
Responsibilities:
Facility Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our facilities. Experience inspecting and repairing electrical systems, HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and other equipment is preferred.
Plumbing: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, drains, faucets, toilets, and sinks. Identify and resolve any leaks, blockages, or other plumbing issues to prevent disruptions to our operations.
Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies such as power outages, equipment failures, or other facility-related emergencies. Take appropriate actions to minimize downtime and ensure the safety of employees and visitors.
Answer Work Orders for any repairs needed in the facility e.g. doors, windows, painting, damages, outlets, plumbing,
Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards. Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective measures to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance, construction, or a related field. Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing various facility systems and equipment.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment related to facility maintenance and plumbing. Familiarity with electrical and HVAC systems is a plus.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues, develop effective solutions, and implement preventive measures. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders. Ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical individuals.
Time Management: Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all maintenance tasks. Strong commitment to quality and delivering exceptional results.
Assist with equipment failures, facility upgrades, and repairs.
