• Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee development trajectories for technicians
  • Evaluate and enhance department performance metrics
  • Deliver comprehensive technical and safety training
  • Liaise on equipment and project updates with management and control teams
• Qualifications Needed:
  • 5+ years in industrial maintenance roles
  • Deep understanding of complex hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Proven skills in PLC troubleshooting and programming
  • Leadership experience in team dynamics and performance management
