- Your Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and delegate tasks aligning with production needs and equipment readiness
- Diagnose and repair equipment issues effectively
- Implement and oversee development trajectories for technicians
- Evaluate and enhance department performance metrics
- Deliver comprehensive technical and safety training
- Liaise on equipment and project updates with management and control teams
- Qualifications Needed:
- 5+ years in industrial maintenance roles
- Deep understanding of complex hydraulic and electrical systems
- Proven skills in PLC troubleshooting and programming
- Leadership experience in team dynamics and performance management
- Skills You Bring:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
