Facility Maintenance Specialist - MNL

Job Summary: The Facility Maintenance Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the facility and grounds remain in good working condition. This role involves routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment, systems, structures and ground maintenance within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of the facility and grounds to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC system and ground maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues with equipment and machinery.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
• Order and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and schedules.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various conditions.
• Valid Driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in a relevant trade (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Working Conditions:

• May be required to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Work may involve exposure to hazardous materials and environments.

Salary: $28.00 to $32.00 Depending on Experience
