Job Title: Facility Maintenance Manager
We are seeking a proactive Facility Maintenance Manager to ensure our facility operates smoothly. You will collaborate with Front of House (FOH) Managers and Back of House (BOH) Chefs, reporting directly to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules for all facility equipment.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Implement cost-effective solutions for facility improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facility management or maintenance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical skills in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems preferred.
