Are you a maintenance maestro with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? At Worldwide Foam, we're looking for a Facilities Maintenance Manager to help us exceed customer expectations by overseeing our facilities' maintenance efforts. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring our machines, equipment, buildings, landscapes, vehicles, and offices are in tip-top shape.

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually depending on experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Master of Contractors: Build and maintain stellar relationships with contractors and service providers to ensure top-notch maintenance services.
- Maintenance Maestro: Coordinate maintenance worker efforts to keep our buildings and grounds looking their best.
- Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Identify areas for improvement and tackle maintenance issues head-on.
- Proactive Planner: Develop and implement a proactive maintenance strategy to keep operations running smoothly.
- Schedule Guru: Create and enforce maintenance schedules that keep everything on track.
- Daily Reporter: Keep detailed maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
- Emergency Responder: Be the hero who responds promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
- Troubleshooting Whiz: Solve minor repair issues with ease.
- Quality Inspector: Conduct regular inspections and oversee maintenance work to ensure high standards.
- Regulation Enforcer: Ensure all maintenance processes comply with industry regulations and OSHA standards.
- Communicator: Share plans for upper-level improvements with the Operations Manager and/or General Manager.
- Admin Ace: Handle administrative tasks with finesse.
- Task Delegator: Delegate tasks effectively to meet maintenance schedules and employer needs.
- Inventory Manager: Monitor and maintain spare parts inventory, placing orders as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position, with a preference for manufacturing and industrial experience.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.
- Basic computer skills, including operating systems and email.

Working Conditions:
- Year-round work inside or outside, with temperature extremes ranging from 95+ degrees in summer to -10 degrees in winter. Exposure to dirt, dust, snow, rain, noise, equipment, and vibrations.
- Occasional travel to other locations as needed.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.
