We are looking for a Facilities Technician who will travel to various company locations and assist with projects as assigned.

KEY ACTIVITIES:

• Visualize, define, plan, communicate, and implement the company vision and core values;
• Complete construction projects in yards, plants, offices, and trailers;
• Perform concrete forming and finishing;
• Perform carpentry work;
• Perform plumbing and electrical work;
• Apply various paints and finishes;
• Operate construction equipment as necessary;
• Maintain department of transportation (DOT) medical card;
• Travel as needed;
• Maintain insurable driving record;
• Ensure a safe and healthful work environment at all times;

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Some knowledge of various phases of construction field;
• Knowledge and ability to use power tools as needed to complete job;
• Perform duties with minimal supervision;
• Ability to lift and support materials to complete job;

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
• 1-3 years of experience in carpentry, plant erection, and construction trades;
• Experience operating miscellaneous hand tools;

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lifting and moving 75+ lbs regularly;
• Inside and outside working conditions in hot and cold environments;
