Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a facilities Technician.

Position Type: Full time Contract,

Duration: 06-12 Months

Location: Londonderry, NH 03053 (Onsite)

As a Facilities Technician, you will:

• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the facility's structure, equipment and grounds, including all trades (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Performs trades work, such as carpentry or painting, in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures.
• Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
• Uses blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledge of applicable standards or regulations and may require specific trade certifications.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
• Good data collection and documentation skills
• Works with engineers conducting experiments
• Good data entry/computer skills, MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel

Pay Range*: $30-$32 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
