Your Role on Our Team:
Be part of a highly skilled trades-orientated service team. Work independently and with fellow Technicians across various buildings to maintain building infrastructure and support facility based projects.
You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
+ Perform maintenance and troubleshoot commercial HVAC, Pneumatic, Fire Suppression, and Plumbing systems.
+ Perform minor plumbing repairs, such as replacing faucets, valves, and toilets.
+ Occasionally perform light carpentry, cubical and furniture assembly, painting, wall repair, and other miscellaneous repairs.
+ Perform maintenance to building equipment such as platform lifts, fork trucks, air compressors, and generators.
+ Prepare facility for meetings and other gatherings.
+ Understand and comply with proper use of fork trucks, lifts, ladders, hand tools, saws, and other required tools and equipment.
+ Must be able to work off hours, weekends, and late nights to accommodate last minute projects and immediate building needs.
+ Ability to help set up and tear down company events.
The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:
+ High School Diploma
+ Requires a strong mechanical aptitude.
+ Some Trade school or apprenticeship training.
+ Must demonstrate ability to effectively apply good judgment, detail orientation, and independent decision-making skills.
+ Basic computer and email skills.
+ Valid driver’s license
+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs
