Facilities Technician - Talent Groups

We are seeking a motivated Technician to join our Facilities/Maintenance team. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting basic systems, and learning from experienced technicians to grow your skills. You'll work on building equipment, manage preventive maintenance, and contribute to keeping systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting (plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Follow SOPs to complete preventive maintenance tasks
• Document work in CMMS and maintain equipment records.
• Collaborate across teams and oversee vendor work.
• Learn and apply skills from senior technicians and tradesmen.

Qualifications:

• 0–4 years of facilities/maintenance experience.
• Proficient with hand tools and basic electrical/pneumatic systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• HVAC/Electrical or trade license preferred; associate’s degree a plus.
