Position Summary:
Assist Facilities Support personnel with the management of seasonal and other programs, such as landscape, pest prevention, floor care and snow removal.
Responsibilities:
1. Dispatch of additional work related to seasonal and related programs
2. Assist with the management of seasonal and other related programs
3. Process payments for permits and licenses
4. Manages vendor compliance with corporate risk/insurance policy related to programs
5. Daily review and cleanup of error reports
6. Research and respond to vendor inquiries
7. Assist with generating multi corp and other spreadsheet payment methods
8. Assist with the RFP process for seasonal and other programs
9. Performs other duties as assigned
Working Relationships:
Facilities Managers & Technicians, Store Managers & Operations Team, Construction Project Managers, Construction Warehouse team, Accounting Dept
Minimum Education: Associates degree in related field
Preferred Education: Associates
Minimum Experience: Proficient with Microsoft office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Preferred Experience: 1-2 years accounts payable, dispatch or other administrative related field
Soft Skills: Ability to work well with teams, write and speak effectively, detail orientated
Hours & Conditions: 8am - 4:30pm M-F
Physical Requirements: Ability to maneuver and regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
