Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the facilities.
• Coordinate vendor services and manage facility-related projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in budget management and cost control for facility operations.
• Respond to employee requests and resolve facility-related issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma; degree in facilities management preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in facilities management or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
