We are currently looking for a candidate to fill the role of Capital & Special Projects Coordinator. This is a newly created position that will be responsible for coordinating the processes associated with securing and managing Capital projects and expenses.

Minimum Qualifications
We are currently looking for a candidate to fill the role of Capital & Special Projects Coordinator. This is a newly created position that will be responsible for coordinating the processes associated with securing and managing Capital projects and expenses.
Essential Functions
Support the Facilities manager through entering, tracking, reconciling, and managing company assets.
- Responsible for entering and maintaining required information in the capital system.
- Entering all maintenance and engineering purchasing requisitions into Oracle.
- Tracking all assets through their full life cycle, including location repairs, expenses, and ultimately decommissioning and disposal. These items require working closely with Engineering, Maintenance, EHS, and Finance to ensure all mandatory requirements are met.
- Working with Operations, Engineering, and EHS Tech to prepare tooling/ scrap for recycling pick-ups.
- In this role you will be responsible for a variety of business-critical activities.
- Perform all other job duties as assigned.
- Tasks include researching equipment, generating required financial and EHS forms, and monitoring generating reports to monitor the status of capital projects as needed.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
- a minimum of an associate's degree.
- 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement-related field
- A degree in accounting or another financial or manufacturing-related field is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a manufacturing facility or similar environment.
- Candidate for this role must have strong reporting skills. Experience with Excel, Access, and other similar report-building systems is required.
- Attention to detail is critical to success in this role.

Salary
58,000 - 72,000 /year
