JOB TITLE: Facilities Program Manager

LOCATION: Duluth, MN

SALARY: $130k–$180k DOE + 5% annual bonus

Job Details:

Summary: 

• Drive enterprise projects, focus on scheduling, budgets, and cross-functional coordination.

• Lead project phases, manage risks, and maintain a 24-month enterprise program roadmap.

• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential as you interact with internal/external stakeholders and lead program execution.

• Deliver projects on scope, timeline, and budget.

• Develop project work breakdown structures, schedules, and budgets using MS Project.

• Facilitate feasibility studies, design development, and contract negotiations.

• Provide program updates to stakeholders and leadership.

• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.

• Oversee CapEx and OpEx budgets for facilities projects.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve project goals.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of project management experience.

• PMP certification (preferred or within 12 months).

• Exceptional organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Project and ERP systems (e.g., Avante).

• Experience in continuous improvement tools (e.g., Six Sigma).
