JOB TITLE: Facilities Program Manager
LOCATION: Duluth, MN
SALARY: $130k–$180k DOE + 5% annual bonus

Job Details:

Summary:
Drive enterprise projects, focus on scheduling, budgets, and cross-functional coordination.
Lead project phases, manage risks, and maintain a 24-month enterprise program roadmap.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential as you interact with internal/external stakeholders and lead program execution.
Deliver projects on scope, timeline, and budget.
Develop project work breakdown structures, schedules, and budgets using MS Project.
Facilitate feasibility studies, design development, and contract negotiations.
Provide program updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
Oversee CapEx and OpEx budgets for facilities projects.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve project goals.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of project management experience.
PMP certification (preferred or within 12 months).
Exceptional organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Project and ERP systems (e.g., Avante).
Experience in continuous improvement tools (e.g., Six Sigma).
