Facilities Procurement Coordinator
WinCorp Solutions is seeking a Facilities Procurement Coordinator to serve as a consultant for our client, a global financial services company located in Irvine, CA. This is a full-time, hybrid consulting opportunity. We provide desirable enterprise client engagements, and strive for excellent consultant care. Qualifications:
- Requires experience in Ariba and must be technologically savvy.
- Requires 1 - 3 years of experience in construction or facilities maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- This person would receive proposals and go into Ariba system and create a PO and go from end to end.
- Track approvals, send PO's over to contractor and process payments.
- May need to onboard vendors in Ariba.
- Make sure budgets reconciled, make sure proper PR is set up, make sure goods are received/performed.Once services are rendered, they would work with contractor to get invoice into Ariba to be properly coded to get invoice paid.
Salary
30 - 35 /hour
