Schedule: 1st Shift 7am - 3:30pm, M-F

Basic Qualifications:

· High school diploma/GED is preferred.

· Must be authorized to work in the US.

· Must be 18 years or older.

· Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.

· At least 2 years related experience.

Responsibilities:

· Apply and maintain paint, varnishes, and stains

· Remove and mix paint

· Demonstrate a working knowledge of surface preparation for concrete, masonry, primed and unprimed ferrous metals, including rust removal

· Recognize and protect unpaintable surfaces

· Perform all types of coating applications in a team-oriented environment

· Has ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted

· Exhibits attention to detail and has ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, kneel, and crouch. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
