The Facilities Manager is responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and improvement of all company facilities. This role includes overseeing the daily operations of the building infrastructure, ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing facility-related services.

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and improvement of all company facilities. This role includes overseeing the daily operations of the building infrastructure, ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing facility-related services.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility’s infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, furniture, and security systems.
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Manage the facility’s budget, including forecasting expenses, monitoring costs, and negotiating contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of external contractors.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures.
- Coordinate space allocation, workplace planning, and office moves to optimize the use of the facility.
- Leads Safety Committee & process and Environmental Regulation compliance to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
- Respond to emergencies and provide solutions to address facility-related issues promptly.
- Plan and oversee facility upgrades, renovations, and construction projects.
- Manage inventory and procurement of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Maintains Facility Alarm codes & procedures; employee badge access; responds to alarms & reviews surveillance imagery. Facility rep for emergencies on-call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
- Stores, distributes, and maintains Intellisense Common Office Supplies including stationary, coffee, water & refreshments.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years’ experience with Facilities Management or a related role
- Knowledge of AS9100/AS9110 quality requirements.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in facility management software and tools
- Experience working with MSOffice applications
- Hands-on manager with supervisory experience that is visible on the floor with good leadership skills
- Strong planning, oral, and written communication skills

$90,500-$120,000
