Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Manager
Position Summary: Responsible for the maintenance of buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment for 7 early childhood sites, ensuring safety, warmth, and compliance with standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations and manage a team of 4 maintenance workers.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local codes.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules for all facilities and equipment.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.
- Implement safety protocols and training for maintenance staff.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance and team management.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
