Each member’s care is led by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates on your behalf with specialists in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, gynecology, endocrinology, performance and movement, and more. Our exceptional clinicians also work closely with the 60+ members of the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, top experts in their respective fields who are available for rapid consults, support, and referrals.
At Atria, we are seeking a facilities manager to:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities , addressing their concerns and needs in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Building relationships with building management and ensures appropriate support for faculty issues, as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, incidents, and resident interactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors to ensure best prices in services offered.
- Project Management: Assisting Project Managers in the implementation of complex upgrades and installations, providing project management and/or technical consulting on complex projects.
- Manages the maintenance and repair schedules for equipment and facilities.
- Maintains flexibility with work hours and ability to be on-call 24-7 and respond to building and equipment alarms and emergency situations.
- Ensures contracts and service agreements meet facility standards and needs.
- Other responsibilities as needed to maintain the offices.
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000
Requirements
Comprehensive theoretical and operational job knowledge in designated specialty required
- Knowledge of organizational/departmental policies and procedures
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
- Must be detail-oriented, have the ability to work independently, establish work priorities and to handle several tasks simultaneously for maximum department efficiency
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
