In this role you will be responsible for the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of our dealerships and collision center facilities in the Mechanicsburg area.

What You'll Do

• Track, manage, and report all maintenance tasks, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Perform regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to maintain safety, aesthetics, and regulatory compliance
• Handle minor repairs and coordinate larger tasks with vendors as necessary
• Develop and enforce policies for facilities management, including inventory control, safety regulations, and vendor management

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role within a large organization
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, building codes, and facility management best practices
