Facilities Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversees and manages service contracts, vendor relationships and employed maintenance technicians for the maintenance and repair of 60+ multi-state outpatient clinical and corporate facilities and associated equipment.
- Coordinates, oversees and manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building and equipment maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work.
- Responsible to review work orders, tickets and emergency requests to ensure that repair and maintenance assignments are completed to keep facilities and equipment continuously operational.
- Responsible for cost containment through review of contract pricing and invoices.
- Extremely organized and able to multitask multiple projects.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training, preferred
- Self-starter, independent thinker and problem-solver
- Basic computer skills
