Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a 1st Shift Facilities Maintenance Technician Trainee to help with repairs and racking maintenance throughout the faclity located in Manassas, VA.

Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday-1st Shift

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 based on experience and qualifications

Position Responsibilities: 

The Facilities Maintenance Technician Trainee works alongside maintenance technicians to perform preventative maintenance that meets regulations, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting on building equipment
You will be responsible for remodeling and refurbishing interior and exterior property while keeping areas clean and organized
Facilities Maintenance Technician Traineesmonitor and maintaindetailed records of maintenance activities and parts inventory
This role also uses a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks, including operatinga forklift to assistin heavy lifting maintenance procedures and repairs
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience: 

High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 1 plus years of related experience
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to frequently lift50 pounds and occasionally lift 100 pounds
Must have a valid Driver’s License

Preferred Education and Experience:

Technical School Certification
