Facilities Maintenance Technician at Accentuate Staffing

Responsibilities:

• Facilities Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues in vacant residential units, including mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Technician will perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing/replacing doors, doorjambs, storm doors, and windows.
• Technician will replace tile, drywall, bulbs, and provide repairs to counters, cabinets, and flooring.
• Technician will repair or replace bathroom fixtures; unstop drains and commodes as needed.
• Technician will conduct maintenance and repairs on water heaters, including replacement when necessary.
• Technician will replace pipes and fittings, caulk around tubs, counters, showers, and sinks.
• Technician will assess and resolve issues with appliances such as refrigerators, ranges, heating systems, and air conditioners.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the maintenance field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid North Carolina driver’s license.
