JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Job Summary for Facilities Maintenance
Technician: This role reports directly to the Director of Facilities
Operations Officer; an individual in this role will assist with the
daily and ongoing preventative maintenance of all WSB locations. Duties
and responsibilities Facilities Maintenance Technician: Knowledge and
basic understanding of HVAC: to include minor troubleshooting, reboots,
etc; Ability to learn or know building automation controls. Basic
electrical skills, light fixture repair, change out, ballasts, bulbs
Plumbing-Toilet repair, faucet repair/replace, drain cleaning
Understanding of security aspects and importance of why Shared on call
responsibility Flexible work hours Trouble shooting ability Other duties
as assigned Back up for Mail Room Courier duties Certifications,
Licenses, Registration None Qualifications Facilities Maintenance
Technician: Experience Required 3-5 year's experience in commercial
office maintenance, Preferred NA Education High School Preferred High
School 3 years minimum field experience Additional education and/or
experience: Basic computer skills, Outlook, and willingness to learn and
adapt to other programs used in this position. Working conditions

Additionally, an individual must be flexible in work schedule and have
the ability to travel between office locations with a company vehicle. A
valid driver's license is required. Driving record must be in
accordance with WSB's Vehicle Safety Policy. Physical requirements
