The Role

The facilities tech is a member of the facilities team and reports to the facilities manager. This position is a full-time, multi-function role involving maintenance, construction, janitorial, and food safety support. Working hours are  Different shifts depending on needs of the business, or as noted, with possible on-call assignments.

Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of previous maintenance or facilities experience is preferred but not required
• Respond to high priority maintenance tasks within 1 hr of notification.
• Respond immediately to Food Safety issues and resolve according to prescribed Food Safety Procedures
• Update Maintenance tracking system (Upkeep) Daily. Close out tickets upon completion.
• Account for tools used on a daily basis and return to the tool locker when done for the day.
