Maintenance and Facilities Manager

Our site in Schaumburg, IL is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for a maintenance & facilities manager to lead multi-million dollar capital projects. We are adding multiple high-tech machines to our site and need an experience leader to implement the critical aspects of a successful maintenance strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a preventive maintenance schedule for all facility equipment and systems.
• Develop and execute a critical parts strategy to ensure minimal production interruptions.
• Partner with operations team on constrained assets and analyze data on down-time.
• Develop strategy to address repeat issues and implement best practices to ensure maximum performance of assets.
• Develop and lead a team of talented technicians.

Requirements:

• Prior experience implementing maintenance best practices.
• Experience in machine shop maintenance (CNC).
• Expertise in leading and developing teams.
