Facilities Manager - Reyes Holdings

Position Responsibilities: 



+ The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities


+ The Facilities Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standards


+ As the Facilities Manager, ensure safety needs are given a top priority and supports Lock Out Tag Out execution


+ You will also ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assists mechanics with machine troubleshooting


+ The Facilities Manager oversees facility budgeting as well as champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis


+ Facilities Managers maintain a compliant stockroom operation that provides necessary consumables for the facility


+ Other duties as assigned




Required Education and Experience: 



+ Bachelor’s degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma or Tech School Certification with 8 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience



Preferred Education and Experience: 



+ Master’s degree
