Job Title: Sr. Manager of Facilities & Maintenance

Position Overview: The Sr. Manager of Facilities & Maintenance will establish the strategic vision for manufacturing operations focused on capital equipment and capacity reliability. This role will oversee a team to manage day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability.
• Lead and mentor the facilities and maintenance team.
• Manage budgets and resources for maintenance operations.

Qualifications:
