• Maintenance Master

  Execute preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and boost performance.

  
  

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 5–7 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.

• Strength to lift up to 80 lbs.

• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CMMS systems like Maximo.

• Hands-on skills in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.

Preferred

• EPA Universal License.

• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS).

• HVAC preventive maintenance expertise.
