Job Title: Facilities EngineerLocation: Santa Rosa, CAZip Code: 95403Start Date: Right Away Job Type: Contract Pay Rate: $26.00 - $60.00/hr DoE Keywords: #FacilitiesEngineer #EngineeringJobs #CAjobs***Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance***JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* Conduct technical analysis of manufacturing and facilities equipment installations, modifications and enhancements to evaluate reliability and MTTF.* Coordinate maintenance technicians to troubleshoot equipment issues using a logical approach to determine a technical solution based on the root cause.* Manage Predictive and Preventive Maintenance System to maximize equipment availability* Work with Process Engineers to ensure Machines are capable to meet production requirements* Conduct technical training and equipment briefing with engineers, Maintenance Technicians and Production Technicians.* Act as local on-site representative manufacturers, contractors, and service providers.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:* Degree in STEM related field* 5 years experience in relevant roles including the below* Experience in the Maintenance and Operation of Vacuum Process Equipment* Experience in the Maintenance and Operation of Facilities Systems* Perform hands on support of Production EquipmentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Component Reliability/ MTTF / Predictive Maintenance Planning* Logical Troubleshooting methodology Root Cause Analysis, Component Failure Analysis* Ability to work with and manage outside contractors* Ability to Support Maintenance Technicians to implement solutions in production equipment* Experience with Facilities Systems and their specifications* Process Chilled Water Systems, HVAC* Electrical Systems experience * Nitrogen delivery and Generation systems experience * Compressed Clean Dry Air experience * Vacuum Component Recommendation and Selection for Upgrades* AutoCAD and SolidWorks experience * PLC and Control System experience * Experience with Maximo maintenance experience * Support of Building Management System Architecture experience * Facilities Systems Operation and Planning for the Future needBenefits: * Medical / Health Benefits with multiple plan options, Flexible Spending Accounts, Dental and Vision / glasses / prescription contact lens and eye test options available. * On the job training / cross-training to develop and expand skills, creating opportunity for advancement and personal development.
