Role
As a Facilities Engineer Project Manager (also known as Construction Project Manager, Engineering Project Manager), you'll oversee construction projects, manage plant maintenance, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You'll also be responsible for managing project budgets, tracking expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and maintaining optimal working conditions within the facility using your HVAC knowledge.

- Proven experience in project management and construction management.
- 5+ years of technical and project management experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Knowledge of HVAC systems, plant construction, and Building and (NFPA) codes, standards, and compliances.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
