Job Title: Facilities Custodial and Maintenance Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas daily
- Perform routine maintenance such as light bulb replacements and reporting any facility issues that need attention
- Stock supplies like paper towels, soap, and cleaning chemicals
- Perform minor repairs such as securing loose tile or fixing door hardware
- Organize storage areas and help ensure an orderly environment
Skills Required:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and cleaning standards
- Basic maintenance and repair skills
- Effective communication and time management skills
- Physical dexterity and ability to be on feet for long periods
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm.
Pay range: $21 to $25/hr DOE

- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects, stand, and walk for extended periods.
