We are seeking a highly motivated Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for the safety, maintenance, reporting of repair needs, adjustments, and general condition of the office interior and exterior. (Including furniture, walls, ceiling, flooring, office appliances, landscaping etc.) This position provides outstanding customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure facility is in good repair, safe, free of clutter, and always has a professional appearance
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair activities
- Move furniture, filing cabinets, and other fixtures as needed
- Make adjustments to cubicles including repairs
- Set up tables and chairs as needed to accommodate company meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and business partners
- Shipping, receiving and mail
Qualifications
- Understanding of basic technical aspects of property management (HVAC, electrical and plumbing)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
- Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, MUST comply with all driving laws
- Self-motivated and able to work well with others
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand verbal and written communication
- Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Experience using MS Office suite preferred
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $37,795 -- $89,107 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
