Job Summary:
The R&D Facilities Coordinator reports to the head of the PIC and is responsible for the daily oversight of supporting systems required to keep the PIC facility operational. This non-laboratory-based role is responsible for vendor interactions, independent and in coordination with ABM. This role will be the first line of contact for landlord provided services. They are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of Lonza owned assets that are integral to the PIC, which includes but is not limited to creating PM schedule, supporting service requests, etc. Upkeep and receipt of the supplies packages being delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight and planning of owned facility systems, RO system, process gasses, etc. Will create and keep a schedule of systems maintenance needs. Will coordinate with vendors to have preventative maintenance completed as needed. Will support operation and service of these systems.
- Responsible for the coordination of ABM supplied cleaning and maintenance of the PIC facility. Including, but not limited to office cleaning, Lab coat services, waste management.
- Responsible for the primary point of contact with Kane Tenant Portal for landlord service requests.
- Ownership of the receiving duties for all incoming packages, ensuring receipt and delivery to the lab.
- May be responsible for procurement of office and laboratory supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Requires strong attention to detail and analytical skills as well as problem analysis and resolution.
