Responsibilities:The Facilities Coordinator reports to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for maintaining the efficient and smooth operation of the property’s facilities functions.
- Receives, manages, and processes work order requests
- Ensures work orders are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
- Acts as a liaison between the facilities team and outside contractors
- Maintains inventory of supplies and reorders as needed
- Drafts and implements preventative maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment
- Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the property
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of related experience required
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
