Key Elements and Essential Functions:
Directly support the Facility Manager with on-going facility and team related responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
- Acts as an interface with client, visitors, and guests. Acts collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and service orientation. Ensures delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction with Jones Lang LaSalle performance. Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness, and creativity in finding solutions for service delivery.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all Client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to the services within the workplace, with the primary goal of positively impacting the care and comfort of Client employees and guests
- Receives and responds to all requests or issues in the Facilities Mailbox or Helpdesk within one day of receipt, including a personal follow up to Client employees to ensure questions / requests are answered
- Perform hospitality services and minor housekeeping items
- Ensure the office is adequately stocked with mail supplies, and stock copy rooms and printing devices.
- Respond to all work orders in Corrigo in a timely manner, ensuring KPI compliance and excellent customer service. Ensure vendors are in compliance based on their SLA’s and KPI’s.
- Provides direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption, as needed
- Assists with receiving and dispatching of work requests to technical staff, vendors, or other services providers
- Assists with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities. Includes scheduling freight, loading dock and other building support in Property Management system.
- Assists management and staff with operational reporting, budgeting, financial systems, other miscellaneous trackers and purchasing as necessary.
- Reads and understands the applicable Service Level Agreements, helps achieve the Key Performance Indicators and scores favorably on the client satisfaction surveys.
- Ensures appropriate follow up with customers
- Seeks to continuously improve processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction
- Perform mail organization and mail distribution responsibilities for approximately 2 hours per day.
- Handle ergonomics requests as needed
- Perform additional job duties as requested

- 2+ years’ experience with Facility or Property Administration
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Estimated total compensation for this position:
58,200.00 – 71,300.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
