About the Job
Our client, a leading capital management firm, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their NYC team. The hours are 7:30/8:30am-4:30/5:30pm and this role is in the office five days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily walkthroughs and identify areas that require repair or maintenance
- Respond to Facilities requests and manage inventory of office supplies
- Troubleshoot office equipment errors and coordinate repairs/maintenance
- Liaise with building management coordinate office repairs and maintenance
- Build and maintain relationships with regular office vendors
- Track and maintain vendor COI's; submit insurance to building management
- Maintain organization of common spaces and storage areas
Qualifications:
- Degree preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience
- Must have HVAC and Manhattan facilities experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Driven team player with great sense of urgency
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $65-70K base depending on experience + bonus
