What you will do-Procurement Facilities Coordinator
This is mandatory onsite in Glendale. The hours are Monday- Thursday (6:30CST -4:30CST).
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of the Clarios HQ facility to ensure functionality and compliance with regulations and lease provisions. This role involves overseeing and identifying cost-savings opportunities, and implementing strategies to improve the facility experience. This role reports to the Director of Corporate Services and is in our Glendale, WI Headquarters.
How you will do it-
- Meeting/Event Planning: Oversee event planning for major meetings and/or events sponsored by Clarios Headquarters Leadership. Such activities would be securing and helping contract hotel blocks, scheduling conference space, catering, signage and other vendors as needed. Responsible to assist Executive Assistants in this activity.
- Procurement Support: Oversee all procurement activities related to facilities coordination, including sourcing supplies, and services required for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. Manage all HQ related Purchase Orders and Receipts. Master data support (ie – Vendor data adds)
- Facilities Coordination: Manage the day-to-day operations of the organization's facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades such as audit of the facility in addition to reported concerns, spot inspections on conference rooms/cleanliness of rooms/upkeep of massage chairs/IT escalation for broken equipment, general office area observation, lights out, falling ceiling tiles, white noise, window cleaning where necessary, carpet tiles, water leaking
- Vending and Beverage Management: Coordinate and manage suppliers for vending and coffee services. Maintain and support the order of coffee supplies (ie – Coffee Beans, Milk, Cups, Sugar, Flavors) and daily routine maintenance (Milk, Coffee, Flavor refills, cleaning, and disposal)
- Space Planning: Collaborate with other departments to assess space needs, plan for expansions or relocations, and optimize space utilization including parking.
- Reporting Support: Prepare regular reports and presentations on facility performance, budget status, and upcoming projects for senior management.
- Project Management: Lead and/or assist with facility-related projects, such as renovations, equipment installations.
- Emergency Response: Point for facilities related emergencies and connecting with Communications and Security on any messaging that needs to be published to employees (ie – building shutdowns)
- Potential other duties as assigned– while this list is intended to provide an overview of job duties it is not all inclusive as other projects and tasks will arise from time to time.

Required
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Environmental Science, Business, or a related experience
- Excellent customer service, analytical and quantitative skills

- Proven experience in procurement and/or facilities management is preferred.
