Essential Functions and Primary Duties
• Cover the front desk when needed (answering phones and greeting incoming clients/associates) and assist in other areas from 8:30PM-5:30PM / flexibility to come in early or depart late on some days
• Assist with organizing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
• Assist with general office maintenance
• Monitor reception outlook inbox and handle/forward incoming email correspondence
• Compile and forward incoming faxes
• Assist with event set up & cleanup of all conference rooms
• Restock and clean kitchen
• Provide inventory and assist with ordering supplies
• Scanning
• Receiving and delivering incoming UPS/FedEx/Amazon packages
• Ability to lift 10lb-20lb items or boxes
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and follow-through
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• Strong ability to multitask
Qualifications Required
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year of experience in an office setting preferred
- Positive customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Must provide positive customer service internally and to visitors
- Attention to detail, time management and ability to multi-task
- Ability to produce business correspondence
- Proficient in applicable technology
The hourly target for this job in this market is $24.00 -$26.00. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
