Position Overview:
A-Line Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator III for a key role in vendor and project management within a facilities maintenance team. Job Description:
The Facilities Coordinator III will oversee vendor relationships, project coordination, and facility repairs. Key duties include managing work order queues, collaborating with vendors, reviewing and approving vendor proposals, and ensuring all operations align with accounting and contractual standards. Additional project assignments will be provided as needed.
Job Schedule & Location:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Location: Hybrid Woonsocket, RI (2 days remote per week, 3 days in the office)
Salary/Wage:
- Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Duties:
- Coordinate with vendors to facilitate repairs and facility maintenance.
- Review, create, and process work orders.
- Approve vendor proposals in line with accounting and contractual guidelines.
- Assign work orders to the appropriate vendors and manage daily queues.
- Assist with additional project assignments as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing multiple projects.
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or with a team.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
