About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the following responsibilities, working closely with the Facilities Manager to:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Facilities maintenance team
- Process repair work orders, assign and follow up through completion
- Maintain and update web-based maintenance management system
- Work with Facilities Manager to locate more cost effective vendors for existing and new markets
- Assist in developing and maintaining training programs for technicians
- Prepare RFP's, evaluate proposals, and make recommendations as needed
- Provide support to the Facilities Manager and Service Technicians as required
- Coordinate schedules of in-house maintenance technicians.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a facilities role, preferably in the fast food industry.
- Some experience working in either facilities management or restaurant operations
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and restaurant equipment preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and written
- Bi-lingual, fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel as well as web-based applications
- Experience with Facilities Management software preferred
- May require limited evening and weekends as necessary
Compensation: DOE plus variable bonuses based upon company and individual performance
