RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general maintenance of residential apartment buildings, turnover of vacant units, and overall property upkeep at one of our premier communities. We are seeking an experienced, hardworking, and dedicated individual to help us maintain our high standards and continue our growth.
- Respond promptly to service requests and repairs, performing related tasks as needed.
- Prepare vacant units swiftly to ensure new residents experience a seamless and welcoming transition.
- Follow established preventative maintenance and required safety inspection programs for properties and equipment.
- Develop and maintain the technical skills required to provide exceptional service, minimizing the need for external vendors.
- Supervise outside contractors and support team objectives by undertaking additional tasks as directed by the Property Manager.
- Participate actively in the on-call rotation, ensuring continuous support for property needs.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity by strictly adhering to company policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Multi-Family or Commercial Maintenance, or a related Construction field.
- HVAC (Type II or Universal) and EPA (minimum Type II) certifications preferred.
- Proficiency in basic Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Capability to maintain high-quality site appearance and curb appeal.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Valid driver's license required.
