Schedule: Regular shift is 7:00am to 4:00pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, must be able to work after hours and on weekends as needed.
Location: Our Office in Downtown Chicago on W. Jackson Blvd
Salary: $20.00/hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform daily office services and general maintenance functions for the entire company to ensure a clean and safe working environment for employees
- Daily cleaning and sanitizing of executive’s workout room, bathrooms, conference rooms, kitchenette, and all offices
- Maintain and Control Keys/ Contracts
- Stock and Clean all pantries, break rooms, and conference rooms
- Assist in department moves and reconfiguration projects
- Organize and maintain facilities storage rooms
- Perform daily walk-thru and create maintenance tickets
- Maintain electrical inventory /replace lights bulbs as needed
- High & Low Dusting
- Clean and restock restrooms
- Perform daily city runs
- Ensure each department has sufficient office supplies daily (i.e. maintain copy paper levels in printers, timely supply delivery, etc)
- Special maintenance projects such as interior painting and carpet care (carpet shampooing, spot cleaning, etc)
- Process all out-bound mail
- Regularly check/respond to emails and HOST online request system
- FedEx and USPS deliveries as needed
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 1-5years of maintenance, office services, or hospitality experience
- Must have strong customer service focus and be able to work effectively with internal users to ensure tasks are completed with satisfaction
- Ability to stay on your feet 6-8 hours a day
- Must be able to lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs
- Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain equipment and facility.
- Possess an eye for detail

- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and conduct
- High energy, self-motivated, focused and organized
- Some computer experience, including MS Outlook
