Facilities Carpenter - Wellington International

• Performs all major repairs to all wood structures at the facility
• Maintains the upkeep of all buildings at the facility  
• Installs all finish hardware (e.g., door closers, door handles/knobs, hooks and hangers) 
• Seals and paints all structures at the facility 
• Assists with small construction projects at the facility 
• Assists other departments when needed (e.g., facility and grounds maintenance departments) 
• All other duties as needed 

• Must adhere to all company policies 
• Ability to determine work priorities 
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively 
• Ability to make decisions and take appropriate actions 
• Ability to meet schedules and deadlines of the work area
• Must be able to work the weekends, as needed
