Wellington International is seeking a Full-Time Carpenter.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced detail-oriented Carpenter for our Facilities Maintenance Department.

The following are some of the key responsibilities required to be successful at the job.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs all major repairs to all wood structures at the facility
- Maintains the upkeep of all buildings at the facility
- Installs all finish hardware (e.g., door closers, door handles/knobs, hooks and hangers)
- Seals and paints all structures at the facility
- Assists with small construction projects at the facility
- Assists other departments when needed (e.g., facility and grounds maintenance departments)
- All other duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must adhere to all company policies
- Ability to determine work priorities
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to make decisions and take appropriate actions
- Ability to meet schedules and deadlines of the work area
- Must be able to work the weekends, as needed
