Job Details
Currently they are looking for a Fabrication Manager for their glazing shop in Redlands.
Responsibilities:
- Learn to operate and maintain cutting-edge machinery and equipment used in glass fabrication.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
- Embrace growth and skill development in the field of fabrication.
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing material deliveries.
- Learn and perform the steps of fabrication from preparing, fabricating, and assembling glazing.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse space.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of fabrication experience in a glazing/glass environment
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in glazing fabrication.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to independently see quality issues
