WE LOVE OUR WORK.:- Staff, schedule, evaluate, train, develop and monitor team members. Recommend wage increases, promotions, demotions, discipline, and other employment actions for team members.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures and rules including operations manuals, to promote compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Establish and maintain training and development procedures to ensure superior guest service standards are met.
- Prepares and delivers performance appraisals for assigned team.
- Understand department objectives, standards, guidelines, and budget.
- Ensure assigned outlet is well staffed, organized and operating to our exceptional standard.
- Open and close work area at scheduled times, ensuring full preparation for operation/function; ensure cleanliness and security of company assets.
- Work with Outlet Manager and Chefs to ensure proper food preparation and presentation.
- Monitor team members and directing necessary coaching as needed.
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory levels for assigned outlet.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - 2-3 years prior experience as a supervisor or leadership role.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook programs.
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Determines work procedures and expedites workflow.
- Responsible for team member development, coaching, training and recognition programs.
- Team member performance appraisals
- Responsible for the hiring and firing of team members when applicable.
